take a break from alcohol for a while. it’s happened to me too and usually goes away if you just drink a lot of water and refrain from drinking, at least a whole bunch :(
brb pouring all my beer down the sink :( i’m getting really good about not drinking at all sunday through thursday but generally whenever friday hits i start guzzling them...
